EVERY TIME! It is really important for us to familiarise ourselves with the owners and the animal/s. Building trustworthy relationships between our Nanny's and your animal/s, on our Meet and Greets ensure that all services begin on the right paw!
Making sure that everyone feels comfortable and feels safe is ideal.
We have different Nanny's servicing specific areas. The Nanny in charge of the area you are living in, will be the main carer of your animal/s.
If your Nanny isn't available for a certain day or a certain period, we will assign another Nanny to look after your animal/s. The newly assigned Nanny will be aware, about the information of your animal/s, ensuring all requirements are met.
Holiday Visits during public holidays that are pre-booked require pre-payment to secure the booking.
For reoccurring bookings invoices will be sent out at the end of each week.
We use Time to Pet to securely manage all bookings and payments.
Yes, we are servicing 7 days a week all year long.
*Surcharges may occur during these periods.
Dogs, Cats, Small Animals, Horses, Reptiles, Birds, Farm Animals etc... You name it, we'll look after it!
Our Nanny's are prepared to take great care to all animals!
*Please note; The safety of our Nanny's will be considered.
House Key - If the house key is required for a service, our Nanny's will organise an appropriate time to meet for key pickup. We can also organise a location to store the key for retrieval.
This method is suitable for all the services.
Side Gate - Having access to the side entrance of your home is a simple and effective way for our Nanny's to meet with your animal/s.
This method is suitable for Social Play and Dog walks!
