The original Nanny, that is me, Mathilde. I am originally from France and decided to move here in Australia. I've always had unconditional love for animals, and they have always been part of my life since I was a baby. All those years around them gave me the experience needed to know what they need. Animals are living with feelings, they have their own way to communicate with humans and I think it is important to know how to communicate with them, to understand them better.

I always wanted to work with animals and spoke about this idea to my husband. He then told me: Let's do it!

And so, after that conversation, Mypetnounou was born and today is a trustworthy company for your animals.

Our mission is to give your animals lots of love and ensure they have the absolute best time with us. My Pet Nounou takes care of animals with the best services, this means making sure the animals get plenty of cuddles and playtime! We will make sure your animal/s are feeling the best... Confident, comfortable and trustful towards us.

My Pet Nounou is a pet sitting business owned and founded by Mathilde Basset-Rougé early 2024. We are looking after many different types of animals and want to give a chance for every animal to be looked after with care and true love. We truly believe that animals are members of the family, which is also why we provide the best care and attention possible to each of them.

My Pet Nounou is THE pet sitting services to be trusted for your animals. We will always make sure that your animal/s are safe and between good hands. My Pet Nounou is not just building relationship with the animal/s, but also with the owners which we think is really important as well. We will make sure to serve your needs and do our absolute best all the time.

What makes us special is that we do look after every breed of dogs as long as they are not dangerous toward us (Staffies, Rottweilers etc...)
